Our interview process ensures applicants can showcase their abilities whilst gaining an insight into our work and culture.

Our interview process includes two rounds of interviews, including case studies and interviews with senior Partners. During the second-round interview, you will get the opportunity to have a non-assessed discussion with one of our junior employees. This is your opportunity to find out more about us and decide whether Aetha would be a good fit for you.

The experienced hire process is similar to that for graduates but the scope of the second-round interview will depend on your experience to date. Internship applicants will only be required to attend a single round of interviews but will still have the opportunity to visit the office and meet the Aetha team.

We reimburse interviewees’ reasonable travel expenses to our Cambridge offices. For overseas applicants, we typically arrange an initial interview via Microsoft Teams to mitigate against unnecessary travel time.

We are happy to make appropriate reasonable adjustments as part of the interview process and will discuss these with applicants when inviting them to interview.
